The post office have now moved goal posts re. postage fees. If any item is worth more
than £39 we should send your parcel by insured, next day delivery but someone must
sign for the parcel. weekend deliveries also have a sur-charge. As the paying customer
you must decide if you wish us to use normal first class post or special delivery as once the parcel has left our hands we cannot accept responsibility for lost parcels. The only fair way to deal with this problem is for us to charge exactly what it costs us to send out your
parcel by insured post, next day before 1 pm (mon-fri) Friday post should arrive on mondays before 1 pm.
